Browse entries by date or by entry.  Move forward or backward by day, month or year or by existing entry.  Jump to the first or last entry or to any other date with just a few clicks.

Quickly insert the date, time, OLE objects, category markers, custom text and macros from the Insert Bar or menus.  Use OLE objects to store pictures and sounds in your entries.  Use category markers to mark important areas in your entries for easy searching.  Define Custom Text for text you commonly use and want to insert without re-typing it each time.  Use Macros in non-dated entries that you use as a template to automatically insert the date and/or time.

Each dated entry can contain multiple "pages".  Each page can be used to store unrelated information for the same day.

Non-Dated entries can be defined to store information that is not tied to a specific date or for use as a template entry that you can base all new dated entries on.

Print and/or preview any or all entries with or without entry dates added.  You can select which entries to print or use the results of the last search.  Entries can be printed back to back or each starting on a new page.  You can specify page options including orientation, header, footer, margins and page numbering.

A powerful search system allows you to search any or all entries, for a word, phrase or a user-defined category marker. Use result logging to create a list of all entries containing the search text and easily jump to them. Use the search results alone, or in combination with other selections and/or searches to create complex result lists for searching, printing or exporting entries.
